Password Self Service - Enrollment (REQUIRED!)
The Town has setup a Password Self Service site that allows you to change your password when it is expiring or if you have forgotten your password.
YOU MUST ENROLL BEFORE USING THESE FEATURES FOR THE FIRST TIME.
- Go to https://pss.norwoodma.gov:9251.
- On the 'Sign In' tab, enter your username and password.
- You will notice that the third field changes to 'TWN' automatically.
- Upon first log in you will be asked to 'Click Here' to enroll.
- The next page will ask you to select two (2) security questions, answer and confirm your answer.
- Do so then click 'Next'.
- Once complete you will see a notification saying that you have successfully enrolled.
