Munis Employee Self Service (ESS) - Mobile app

Munis ESS is an application for mobile phones that allows you to report sick time, request time off, see your last paycheck and view accrual balances.  This application is available on Android and Apple products.

 1.       From your mobile device’s app store, search for and then install “Munis ESS” by Tyler Technologies or try the links below.

  1. Apple App Store
  2. Android App Store
2.       Once installed, open the app.  You will be prompted to enter a “Web Service URL”.

 


3.       Press “Scan the QR code” and scan the QR code below with your mobile device. 

NOTE:  The following may be manually entered if the QR code is not working.

       https://selfservice.norwoodma.gov/ess

 

4.       When prompted, enter your user name and password.

      a.       Be sure to enable “Remember User Name” for easier access in the future.

5.       Click “Login”.



6.       Once you are logged in you can view information or take any necessary actions.
