Password Self Service - Forgot/Change Password
This knowledge base will show you how to reset a forgotten password.
YOU MUST ENROLL BEFORE USING THIS FEATURE. IF YOU HAVE NOT ENROLLED PLEASE SEE THE ENROLLMENT KNOWLEDGE BASE ENTRY BELOW FIRST.
- Go to https://pss.norwoodma.gov:9251 then click 'Forgot Password'.
- Enter your username and the shown captcha, click 'Continue'.
- Enter the answers to the security questions you previously set up during enrollment, enter the captcha and press 'Continue'.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Enter the Captcha and click 'Reset Password'.
