Download and install the SSL VPN client (NetExtender) from the link below:

Hold the Ctrl key down and click on the below link

A QNAP browser window will open. Click on the SSL-VPN folder

-          Click on NetExtender-x64-10.3.0.msi for Window Computers

-          The file will download to your computer. 

-          Find the file and double click to install.

-          

-          Follow the on screen instructions, Agree to terms, allow the defaults

-          Default Server: nss.norwoodma.gov:4433

-          Default Domain: twn

-          Click Yes as required

-          Click Close and YES at restart question. You MUST restart your computer.

 

a.     To logon to the Net Extender

After reboot – look on your desktop for the NetExtender Icon

Double click the ICON

Server:               nss.norwoodma.gov:4433

Username:        “enter your windows username”

Password:          “enter your windows password”

Domain:                          twn

Change the bottom line to

Click CONNECT
