To logon: 

You should login initially with the same USERNAME that you use in-house to reach AWC for Retfiles.  I can see for Debbie that is “dwilkes”. 

For an initial password, use the USERNAME you just entered.  It will ask you to reset your password, if you select the same password you use for Windows (or have used for Retfiles AWC in the past), it will salt and hash that password and store it for future use.

If you change your Windows password, this password WILL NOT change.
