Adobe Acrobat- PDF Bookmarked Agendas & Supporting Documents

1.      After you have completed your Agenda, Scan your Agenda and supporting documents

2.      Remote Desktop to Kuf   

3 - Run Adobe Acrobat DC
4. From the Menu – Choose File ->Open  Navigate to your scanned document -  
5. From the Top Menu Bar Select-> Tools > Enhance Scans
6. Choose Recognize Text – In this File
Note: This may take a little while, depending on the size of your file
You will see a message indicating it is converting scanned page to Searchable Image

7. Tools -> Edit PDF
  From Top Menu Bar Select -> More -> Add Bookmark
On Agenda Page -– from the Left Panel – Choose Add Bookmark  - Type Agenda
        ( This will enable the users to return to the Agenda after viewing supported documents)
8. You can Select the thumbnail view on the left panel to quickly navigate to the  next group of supporting docs item on your agenda
9. Continue to add bookmarks as noted above

**Note: You can drag & drop the position of the bookmarks, as well as rename if necessary

10. When Completed save your document.
11. Upload to Qnap & run batch file as before
