To change additional settings such as Paragraph, Font, Tabs, Border, etc  Select Format from the Bottom (highlighted below)

From top Menu - Select Normal -> Right Mouse -> Modify

Here you can change Font, Size,  Formatting, etc Paragraph.   Additional Formatting options can be found by selecting Format from the Bottom Left.
