How to Access Tyler Cashiering

  1. Log in to the environment you wish to use:
                 LIVE- https://tylerhub.norwoodma.gov/ 
                 Train- https://tylerhubtrain.norwoodma.gov/
  1. On the left side of your screen select 'Tyler Menu'. 
    1. This area may be minimized, you can expend/minimize by clicking the right/left arrow at the bottom of the pane.      
                  
  1. A new window will open.  Go to Tyler Cashiering> Home.
                        
If you do not see 'Tyler Cashiering' in the menu then click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the menu window and click "Refresh".

            

If you use a receipt printer take these additional steps.
  1. Open Tyler Cashiering using the steps above.  
  2. Click the grid icon in the upper-right corner.
            
  1. Select 'Hardware Console Installer'. 
            
  1. The Hardware Console Installer will download.  Once it has finished run the install file.
  2. When the install is completes you will see the Tyler Cashiering Hardware Console in the system tray of your computer.
            
  1. Click the grid in the upper-right corner again and select 'Hardware Console'.
            
  1. Click the 'Maintain' button in the lower-right corner.  
            
  1. For Printer and MICR Reader click the drop down arrow and select 'Epson TM-H6000V'  Click Save.
            
  1. You will now have two active devices listed.  Close this tab and continue with your batches.
