Below are the steps to send onboarding forms to someone from Munis.
- Start in Personnel Actions Entry
- Go to Menu> TCM-Onboarding.
- Enter the Effective Date (hired date).
- Enter the Action Code (new hire). Click 'Accept'.
- Enter First and Last Name, Job Code, Personnel Status and email. Click 'Accept'.
- Click 'Back' to select tags or forms for the applicant.
- If prompted, click 'No' for ACA prompt.
- If prompted for 'Enrollment Campaign', enter current year and click 'OK'.
- Confirm user information is correct.
- Place check marks next to any applicable forms or use 'Form Tags' to select the forms you wish to send. Click 'Next'.
- Now you will see the email form. You can make changes within the email or just send it.
- Email should then be received by the applicant.
