Export MassGIS data to Vision (Assessors Office)

From within the Vision Software create updated CAMA export files:
  1. Launch the Vision software.  If needed the spare Assessor's computer or PTS123 can be remoted to. 
  2. In Vision, go to Utilities> Utilities> Custom Extracts> MassGIS Extract.
  3. You will see the following message once the extract is running.

  4. You can view the Job Queue by going to Utilities> Job Queue.  
  5. From the Job Queue, select "MassGIS Extract" as the Job Queue Type.  Click 'Refresh' until you see that the job is complete.  

  6. Once the job is complete the file should be found in C:\Vision8.
